Cancellation policy

In the event of a cancellation more than 7 days before the event, a refund of the entry fee minus £5 admin cost will be given, or you may wish to transfer your entry to a future event. Please note that no refund or transfer can be offered if you cancel with 7 days or less of the event date. contact us if you need to cancel.
